I wonder if he is the one who started the fire last December that happened across the street. I’ll never know that for sure but I am observing his fascination with fire. My day started with the smell of smoke and a fire right here where I live. It is obvious that this freak needs to be gone from here and I am pretty certain that will happen at the right time. I have evidence of what he is doing. I am making this public. I am not the person here who is in charge.

Just now I informed the manager about this and showed her the evidence. She said she had already told him to stop doing that but obviously it did not work. She says, “Let me take a picture of that” and I replied, “Oh good.” Next time I see this happen I will take a picture of him at this location with the fire.
