I recently noticed that someone, (i.e. crazy Terry the onsite manager) was putting mail in the outgoing mailbox without adding any information on the letters. Someone would just put a bunch of letters in there and raise the little red flag. I was not totally sure who was doing this. I decided to take control of the situation because not only is this a stupid way to handle mail, it also was being done to people who still live here. After informing the owner of the situation, I was given permission yesterday to make sure the outgoing mail was labeled correctly.
Now I feel very powerful here. I can come and go and deal with the mail mess quite easily. We had a lot of changes here recently with quite a few people moving out one way or another. We have a community mailbox so everyone’s mail is going into the same place. We had a crazy person living here named Robert Nielsen who still visits at night and plays with the unsecured mailbox.
I do not get much mail that way now. I always pay my bills and get my credit union statement online. I know how safe this is. However, not everyone sees or does it that way. People here are still receiving their bank statements by mail. They need to stop doing it that way.
Being allowed to take control of this task reminds me of the time when I was watering the outside plants and trees in the summer at another location. The onsite manager there wasn’t doing it and the owner asked me to take care of it. I was already growing food there so it seemed natural for me to do this. That was fun but it was so many years ago. I had no idea how long this was all going to take.
Here, I am again doing something that is very important to the community. It is obvious that this onsite manager, Terry, is in serious mental decline. Whoever is trying to mess with our mail is not getting away with it. I am making sure things are happening the right way.
The fact that I have the ability to form a good relationship of trust and understanding with the owners shows how effective I am in my homeland. I do not want to be an onsite manager but I am seen as the right person to intervene at the right time to make sure everything is fine.
I did this recently for my neighbor Douglas. His air conditioner was not working very well. He had already told the onsite manager, Terry, about this with absolutely no help. I asked him if he wanted me to intervene on his behalf and talk directly to the owners about this situation. The result is that everything was taken care of the very next day and his room is now cold and comfortable. Our maintenance man repaired the air conditioner and it is working just fine.
Why is the crazy do-nothing on site manager even still here? I am filling in the major gaps during the rest of this setup time obviously. That is the point of my post today. I am the temporary onsite manager. I do not get paid for it and I do not get a rent discount. I just do it and it works. That is enough for me. It feels very good.
I have control, here in my homeland, and everywhere in the spiritual part of Earth. The spiritual energy mess continues to come my way non-stop 24/7 and I easily move the mess into my Universe. I continue to have a safe and secure place to live on my own during this part of Universe Time.
The spiritual people cannot do anything to me anymore. I am that powerful now. I have total control over the spiritual freaks and I am the one who is seen as the right person to take care of things. I am not in the background any longer. I am out of the darkness and in the sun. Now I know that everything is really happening as it should. It is a fun time for me.
