Spiritual purging begins a new life. When you are really purging, you will slow down and stop participating in your old routine.  You will not even think about those things as this energy is moving away from you. I felt very cold during this early time as this energy was leaving my body. It is still  very important for Healers who purge themselves to stay warm and safe.

This is not a cleanse! This is removal of that energy permanently. You will not have a spiritual nature anymore. You will be human.

Do not get yourselves in an unsafe situation. Stay out of the middle and let those negative energies interact on their own, without you involved. Stop being the target! Understand that this spiritual game was going on without your knowledge or permission. But now that you know, get out of there and stay away. And I mean away! This takes time but it does really happen. Your life changes, understand? Changes! Permanently!
